All clients of Little Bitty Design Studio must comply with the following.
Payment on services will be handled through Paypal. A 50% deposit (plus any additional fees required for illustration) is required before any work is begun, and the remainder will be collected after final approval, prior to the design being uploaded or sent to the client. The intial request will be sent to you at the time I am able to begin your design. All payments will be directed to email@example.com.
Are subject to change. You are guaranteed a price only at the time you have submitted your request/order form.
Once I receive your design form, your name will be added to my design queue (located on the upper right side of my blog.) You will have 2 days to return the deposit via Paypal once you receive it before your name is moved to the bottom of the list. However, please be aware that work will not begin until this is received. This is to ensure that my design schedule services paying customers as quickly as possible. Estimates on design completion are based on the package chosen and the degree of design for each client. Since every design is different, times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
Any illustrations used in your design will either be supplied by you (the client) or can be arranged through me, via purchase from iStockPhoto.com. I can do minor revisions (ie: hair color, eye color, etc.) but major revisions are not available at this time. I do have the ability to contact certain illustrators for any major revisions you might have. When interested in this type of service, please let me know as early as possible so as to avoid major delays in your design installation.
The best way to contact me is through email. Although life sometimes dictates a change in plans, I will do my best to always be available and will respond within 24 hours. I do not work weekends (though occasionally you may find me answering emails anyway), however. Once you have submitted a design form, I will be in contact with you within 24 hours to discuss estimated time and to begin the design process (ie, the fun part!)
During the design process, I allow unlimited revisions (within reason) because I want you to be happy! Once a design file has been emailed to you, any changes (ie color changes, width adjustments, tweaks, etc.) made will incur an editing fee of $20 per hour, 1 hour minimum.
Please, no alterations or design reproductions are to be made without expressed permission from Little Bitty Design Studio. This includes (but is not limited to) any images/html/files I have sent you via email or found within your blog template. Additionally, any designs or html code may not be reproduced for other blog sites or URLs.
Any losses or damages to your design through fault of your own are not the responsibility of Little Bitty Design Studio.
I might display a copy of your file in my portfolio or on my Facebook page for others to see. If you do not wish to have yours included, please let me know and I will make sure to honor your wishes.
Due to the nature of my work with graphic designs, I currently do not offer refunds on designs I’ve already started working on. If work has not begun on your order, I will happily offer a refund of your deposit minus any Paypal service/checkout fees and/or illustration fees (if applicable).
